Your Path to Empowerment

At Approach Care, we are your partners on the path to empowerment. As a registered NDIS provider, we offer a diverse array of services designed to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their fullest potential. Our approach is centered on your individuality, and we work alongside you to create a plan that meets your unique requirements and aspirations.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a specialized form of assistance aimed at enabling individuals to maintain their residence while receiving the support they require. SIL services encompass a wide range of aid and supervision for daily activities, such as personal care and meal preparation. Our SIL program is meticulously designed to foster independence and skill development, allowing you to live as self-reliantly as possible.

This level of support is primarily intended for individuals with higher support needs, those who rely on continuous assistance within their home environment. SIL is best suited for individuals with disabilities who necessitate substantial support throughout each day, including overnight assistance, ensuring their safety and well-being around the clock.

Short Term Accommodation (STA) is a flexible support option designed for those times when you need a temporary change of environment away from your home. Whether it’s a respite break for yourself or a much-needed rest for your caregivers, STA offers a valuable solution.

STA becomes especially beneficial when your usual support network is temporarily unavailable, ensuring that you continue to receive the care and attention you require.

At Approach Care, we understand the importance of providing a safe and enjoyable environment for your short-term accommodation needs, allowing you to recharge, connect, and make the most of your time away from home.

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) serves as a transitional housing solution for individuals who, due to delayed disability support readiness, require a temporary residence before moving into their long-term home.

To be eligible for our MTA services, you should have a designated long-term residence to transition to, but circumstances have led to a need for an intermediate living arrangement. Our MTA program typically provides accommodations for up to 90 days, ensuring you have a stable and comfortable place to reside during this transitional period.

At Approach Care, we understand that life’s journey can sometimes present unexpected challenges, and we are here to offer you the support and accommodation you need while you prepare for your permanent home. Our MTA services are designed to provide peace of mind, stability, and a nurturing environment as you make your transition to a more permanent living situation.
