Responsibilities
As a SIL Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by:
- Overseeing and Managing SIL Programs: You will be responsible for the effective management and operation of Supported Independent Living programs.
- Supervising and Training Staff: Your leadership will ensure our staff members are well-prepared to deliver the highest level of care.
- Tailored Care Plans: You will work on developing and implementing care plans that are specifically tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary improvements to enhance the quality of care.
- Collaboration: Engage in close collaboration with clients, their families, and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and standards to maintain the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Diploma of Community Services and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Your ability to lead and communicate effectively is crucial.
- Commitment to Person-Centered Care: Show dedication to providing care that is centered around the individual’s needs.
- Knowledge of SIL Best Practices: Familiarity with the best practices in Supported Independent Living.
