Responsibilities: As an HR Advisor at Approach Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team by:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Conducting interviews and actively participating in the recruitment process.
- Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Addressing employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assisting in conflict resolution and mediating employee disputes.
- Performance Management:
- Supporting the performance appraisal process.
- Collaborating with managers to identify training and development opportunities.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Compliance:
- Staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and standards.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR roles.
- Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
