About Us: Approach Care is a leading NDIS service provider dedicated to providing high-quality support and care services to individuals with disabilities. We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified HR Advisor to contribute to our mission of creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Responsibilities: As an HR Advisor at Approach Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team by:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
    • Conducting interviews and actively participating in the recruitment process.
    • Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Addressing employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Assisting in conflict resolution and mediating employee disputes.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Supporting the performance appraisal process.
    • Collaborating with managers to identify training and development opportunities.
    • Contributing to the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  4. Compliance:
    • Staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and standards.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in HR roles.
  • Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
